Define how you want to show up

Making sense of the leadership situations you’re navigating is where the journey begins. The next step is deciding how you want to show up within them.

Every leader develops a unique way of leading.

As the leadership situations you’re navigating begin making making more sense, a new question naturally emerges:

How do I want to show up within those situations?

Together, we’ll explore that question, clarify what it means for you, and gradually build practices that help you show up that way with increasing intention, consistency, and confidence.

Over time, those practices become your own way of leading.

THE WORK

Building a leadership practice happens one leadership situation at a time.

You’ll continue working with the leadership situations you’re already navigating, gradually integrating new ways of thinking, noticing, and responding into your everyday leadership.

Over time, those repeated moments become a way of leading that feels increasingly natural because it has been intentionally shaped around how you want to show up.

Your Investment

When we decide to work together, we’ll begin with a 30 day commitment.

During that time, we’ll build the foundation for your Leadership Evolution Roadmap and begin integrating new practices into the leadership situations you’re navigating every day.

For your investment, you’ll receive:

  • A detailed leadership assessment that will help us understand where you are today.
  • A personalized Leadership Evolution Roadmap that will guide your development over the next six months.
  • One on one coaching that will help you integrate new practices into your everyday leadership.
  • Support in designing practical experiments connected to the leadership situations you’re actively navigating.
  • Direct access to me for questions, reflection, and thinking partnership as situations arise.
  • Opportunities to learn from the shared wisdom of other leaders who are committed to continually developing their practice.

OUTCOMES

As we work together:

  • You’ll begin showing up with greater intention because the leadership situations you’re navigate are making more sense.
  • You’ll develop practices that increasingly reflect the leader you’re striving to become.
  • You’ll build confidence in how you respond because your choices are becoming more intentional rather than more reactive.
  • You’ll leave with a leadership practice that is uniquely your own and continues serving you long after our work together.

Our First Milestone

The first 30 days are an opportunity for both of us to discover whether we’re the right fit for the journey ahead.

By then, you’ll have experienced the work, begun integrating new practices into your everyday leadership, and started developing a clearer picture of how you want to show up.

We’ll also have a much better understanding of whether we’re working well together and whether continuing is the right next step.

If we both decide to continue, we’ll move forward with confidence.

If either of us feels it’s not the right fit, we’ll simply end our work together with appreciation for what we’ve learned and wish one another well.

No pressure.

Just an intentional decision about what’s best for your continued development

your Continued Journey

Defining how you want to show up isn’t the end of the journey.

As both you and the leadership situations you’re navigate continue evolving, your practice of leadership will continue evolving alongside them.

I’ll continue supporting that journey through ongoing workshops, coaching conversations, and the shared wisdom of a community of leaders who are committed to continually refining how they show up.

I’m HERE TO SUPPORT YOU

We’ll begin by understanding where you are today.

Together we’ll explore the leadership situations you’re navigating, identify the opportunities that matter most, and clarify how you want to show up within them.

From there, we’ll co create your Leadership Evolution Roadmap.

Your roadmap answers four questions:

Where am I today?

How do I want to show up within the leadership situations I’m navigating?

How do I get there?

What practices will help me get there?

Once we have that clarity, every conversation, experiment, and reflection becomes intentionally connected to the leader you’re becoming.

Let’s explore whether this is the right next step.
