ABOUT

Helping leaders intentionally become the kind of leaders they aspire to be.

Leadership has always fascinated me

Because leadership is ultimately about people. It’s about the conversations we have, the decisions we make, the relationships we build, and the conditions we create for others every day.

Over the years, I’ve become increasingly curious about what helps leaders consistently show up in ways that reflect the kind of leader they’re striving to become. That curiosity has shaped the way I think about leadership ever since.

My understanding continued evolving

As I worked with more leaders, one idea became increasingly clear. Every leadership situation unfolds within a constantly evolving system of people, relationships, expectations, priorities, opportunities, and conditions.

The better we understand the leadership situations we’re navigating, the more intentionally we can decide how we want to show up within them.

That realization became the foundation for everything I do today.

Leadership Practitioner grew from that understanding

Over time, I wanted a way to help leaders develop this way of thinking long after a single conversation had ended.

Leadership Practitioner became the philosophy and methodology I now use to help leaders make more sense of the leadership situations they’re navigating, define how they want to show up within them, and continually evolve their own practice of leadership.

Everything I create builds upon that philosophy.

How I work with leaders

Every leader is navigating different leadership situations, working toward different aspirations, and creating different conditions for the people around them.

My role is to help you make more sense of those situations, clarify how you want to show up within them, and support you as you gradually build a way of leading that becomes authentically your own.

Some of that work happens through reflection.
Some through experimentation.
Some through our conversations.
Some through the shared wisdom of other leaders who are on the same journey.

Together, those experiences become your practice of leadership.

What you can expect from me

You can expect thoughtful questions that help you see more of the leadership situations you’re navigating.

You’ll find practical ways to experiment with new ideas, opportunities to reflect on what you’re learning, and support as you continue developing your own practice of leadership.

Above all, you’ll find someone who is genuinely committed to helping you intentionally become the leader you’re striving to be.

Whether you’re just beginning to make more sense of the leadership situations you’re navigating or you’re continuing to evolve your practice of leadership, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

Let’s start the conversation.
