MAKE SENSE OF LEADERSHIP

Start your journey by understanding what’s happening in the leadership situations you’re navigating every day.

Getting oriented changes how you experience leadership

As you reflect on your own leadership situations, you’ll begin to notice things you previously overlooked.

As you revisit conversations, decisions, and challenges through a different lens, you’ll begin making more sense of situations that once felt unpredictable.

As you practice looking for different things, you’ll approach leadership with greater clarity and respond with greater intention because leadership itself begins making more sense.

THE WORK

Leadership rarely gives us the opportunity to stop and think about what’s happening while we’re in the middle of it.

The work begins by paying closer attention to the leadership situations you’re already navigating and:

  • Looking at them from different perspectives
  • Noticing what was influencing the situation
  • Considering what you might not have noticed in the moment
  • Asking yourself what the situation was asking of you before deciding how to respond.

As you continue doing this, leadership begins making more sense because you begin making more sense of what’s happening around you.

Shared Wisdom

Leadership development is deeply personal.

It’s also enriched by the perspectives of others.

As questions arise, you’ll have opportunities to bring them into a community of leaders who are navigating many of the same challenges, learn from the conversations, and benefit from the shared wisdom.

Some of the most valuable learning happens as we make sense of leadership together.

Your Investment

Everything in this experience has been intentionally designed to create the conditions for your leadership to develop.

Your investment includes:

  • Self-paced learning designed to help leadership make more sense.
  • Reflection guides and implementation exercises.
  • Access to the community to ask questions and continue learning with me.
  • The opportunity to participate in a live workshop.
  • Future updates as new ideas and learning experiences are added.

your development Journey

Getting oriented doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means having a foundation from which your leadership can continue to evolve.

Some leaders continue exploring and experimenting on their own. Others discover they’d value working more closely with me as they apply these ideas to their everyday leadership.

That decision doesn’t need to be made today. Right now, the opportunity is simply to begin making leadership make more sense.

Work independently

I’ll introduce you to the ideas, questions, and practices that help you begin paying closer attention to the leadership situations you’re already navigating.

As questions arise, you can bring them into the community where I’ll help you think through them and continue making sense of what you’re noticing.

let me guide you

If you’d like more structure and conversation, join me in a live workshop where we’ll explore the same ideas together.

You’ll have opportunities to ask questions, hear how other leaders are making sense of similar situations, and leave with practical ways to continue the work in your own leadership.
